If the member has not made equal amount paid for annual membership in revenue within the 1st year of membership, AND has:

• Completed the digital course: watched all videos (marked complete) and filled out all worksheets

• Attended all scheduled coaching calls (this does not include office hour calls)

• Used the Daily Accountability section at least 1x per week (at least 52 entries)

• Engaged in the community, asking questions, responding to others, etc.
